Apologies and Game Rules

All right, guys. I think I discovered why people are so loathe to post outside of the categories they've already made characters for: there's no available rules by which to make characters and play. I've partially remedied that on CotG Rules and FB, but not so for many of the other games.

So. Now solutions come to mind.

1) I'll post as much material as possible in separate rules sections. Some of these require books you actually have to pay for.

2) A good number of the games are modified rule systems that you might be familiar with.

Heroes Unlimited, Rifts, Nightbane, After the Bomb, and Splicers are all Palladium games and use their unified rule system.

Changing of the Guard, Horizons, and Black Veil are my Grand Cosmos system. Thus, anyone who's made a CotG character should be able to do a Black Veil or Horizons character. The only difference is changed starting Rank Boosts and Class Points.

In addition, some of the games are almost freeform: For example, the Ghost in the Shell game.

3) If you have any questions,
a) Post a comment in an appropriate forum, possibly General, asking for assistance;
b) Private Message me or the GM of that game;
c) IM me ([e-mail], ArekExcelsior2, [e-mail])
d) E-mail me (those e-mails plus [e-mail])
e) Upon request, I can find some server, maybe on Nationsen or what not, to put downloadable files, mainly CotGCharacters, people's FB files, The Changing of the Guard, etc.

So. If a game sounds interesting, go ahead and start making a character!
