I have also been seeing things take higher priority. I'm trying to rectify that, however. Now: We begin!
Dusk has settled over another long day. In the underground camp of the Resistance, boring creatures have created a solid cave from the bedrock. Some areas are hastily reinforced with metal, but most is still stone. Each one of you is sleeping for the first time in three days and are suddenly awoken. (Cory: Your equipment is in a special holding area outside that no one else touches it.)

No, you can't use your nanobots as scouts yet.
You are not only humanoid, but human. Your armor and vehicle have crab-like elements, but you yourself are human.
Both Hrvoje and Rholley see a relatively spartan room with their possessions laid out. Hrvoje's room is somewhat larger, with its own natural shower system and lavatory not a communal bath and restroom. Both have a bed that is somewhat like a natural sponge or membrane, completely sans springs; wooden furniture held together by either wooden, plastic, ceramic, high-intensity carbon or bone screws or nails; an overhead light that both know is wholly organic and has the advantage of emitting rays much closer to natural sunlight; and an alarm panel. That panel is currently in a "Silent - Soldier" mode, indicating that those being buzzed are being called for an emergency mission.

A paper slip arrives at your domiciles near the alarm section. It prints quickly, bacterial ink generators functioning as a printer.

i'll walk over and read the slab of parchment, then hand it to all the others that are awake (assuming others are asleep in the same room as we are as not to wake them, if not, i'll read it out loud)

Silenti will awaken without complaint--any amount of sleep is as good as any.

Rholley: "Slab of parchment" isn't exactly an accurate description . You're all in your own rooms; nice thing about every one of your characters being more elite. Cory: Somkes? You mean smokes? Silenti: As you awake, you find your silent and spartan room to be less than a welcoming sight for a rushed awakening. The Skinjobs are housed in a division of the underground caves far away from others, alongside the Biotics and Technojackers and other "freaks". Whatever personal items you may keep adorn the room.

Silenti will slap on a type of oil that painlessly disinfects her fleshless body--unless it is infected, then it stings like hell--which, since she uses it everyday, doesn't happen. Afterwards, she dresses in some thin but durable armor, and wraps bandages around her arms, attaching katars to her hands, very much in a similar style to Voldo.

OOG: VOLDO FTW!... and what does the paper read? (because "what does the paper say" is one of the most infintile sentances ever, paper can't talk please forgive my tiny rant)

Hrvoje: A small slip of paper, obviously designed only to give you the absolute minimum in data, says, "Emergency briefing. 20 minutes from receipt [or roughly 1:43 in the morning], meet at Briefing Room Alpha." Silenti: After getting prepared, a ritual that takes about five minutes considering how practiced at speed and precision you are with this particular exercise, you see the irritant that has woken you: A piece of paper that has printed silently and quickly. Rholley: (OOG: Saying that something is infantile then misspelling the word 'infantile' bears some problems ). Rholley's is identical to Hrvoje's, with an additional note that healing of the Leviathan has been completed from the last encounter.

If the paper gives a similar destination and time, go as well, otherwise, if different, read it and follow as directed.

Jose: In your case, you hear a knocking. Technojacker rooms, due to their quarantine status, do not have the biological printer. Communications with them are either done through a plastic radio or somehow matched with Bio-Comms.
The rest head their disparate routes up to the briefing. Men, women and children nod to them. Silenti causes some revulsion, yet even he must play her role, so people try to tolerate and even applaud him. Rholley is respected, perhaps not to the degree of a Dreadguard but certainly given his proper kudos. Hrvoje has individuals practically leaping to go out of his way. Moving through a massive hollowed out room, with a lot of refugee activity but mostly a biological work station where weapons are being recharged, regenerated and reloaded, the group moves through stairs to get to the upper level rooms.

Fittingly enough, the person who is revealed when the door is opened is a biological monstrosity, with shrivelled skin that seems to be almost mummified and dessicated, bandage-like lengths of skin sticking off. "Your presence is required", the voice hissingly rasps. "Follow me."

The Scarecrow responds with an aura of affected disdain and does not dignify Jose's comment with a word. Scarecrows tend to be asses.
There is no one behind your door, Rholley, you are heading to Briefing Room Alpha. You have nearly reached it.
