Name: Chakra Chuudoku Sakuseigijutsu : Gekiyaku no Chakra (Chakra Poisoning Techniques: Strong Chakra Poison)
OOC Notes: This takes up a complete list, each stage taking up a single jutsu. However, there are also age requirements, so a chuunin of only 19 years of age wouldn’t be able to use Stage 3 and up. Also, training for this list would also, realistically, not take any time during genin or childhood years, so in fact the 19 year old chuunin would most likely be Stage 1, if at all.
Requirements: The user of this skill has to be of Chuunin rank. Also, to have studied this way of altering chakra in your body takes years of expertise training, which would take at least 10 years to gain the first state. For each consecutive level, five years of extra training are required, so if you'd like to have this skill at level three, it would take twenty years to get there.
Background Information
One of the great achievements of Hidden Sound's "golden age" and the incredible Naga scientists, the Chakra Poisoning allows the user to literally manipulate his/her chakra in such a way that it will invade the body of an opponent and totally ruin the opponent's body and chakra.
Special Notes:
- To recognise the use of this skill, one can simply look at the user's chakra; instead of being a regular color, it will show strange black patterns, like wirey veins, in the user's chakra.
- To defeat the force of this skill, a medical nin can use chakra healing techniques to counter it's effect. However, this is only when used to heal another; if the medic himself is affected, he cannot mold his chakra to stop this.
Stage One:
Rank Required to Control: Chuunin
Years Required to Master: 10
Stat Requirement: Control=15, Power=15, Willpower=13, Reserves=14
This stage allows the user to infect his own blood with poisoned chakra. When spitting this poisoned blood on someone, or using it to coat a weapon, one can seriously damage the enemy, causing first degree burns on the skin, and, when it penetrates the body and gets through to the blood stream of the enemy, it may cause fever, stomach pains and migraine. However, there is one true downside to this level of the technique; control is not yet up to the level that the user can be sure that his own body is safe. Using this for too long would make the poisoned blood infect the user's own organs, giving him the symptons permanently, while it would only last for approximately thirty minutes up to an hour on the enemy (10 to 20 posts). The user can only safely use this jutsu for 7 posts before poisoning his own body and organs. Complete poisoning occurs within 3 posts.
Stage Two:
Rank Required to Control: Chuunin
Years Required to Master: 15
Stat Requirement: Control=19, Power=19, Willpower=18, Reserves=16
At this moment, the user is capable of transferring poisoned chakra through his body, enabling him to control the way his poisoned blood spreads through his body. This takes away the problem of possible self-implemented infection of the organs, but a new problem arises here. Since the user's chakra itself is now poisoned, it can damage the Inner Coils, going to such an extent it can completely destroy the Inner Coils, or make the user incapable of molding chakra. If this lasts for more than a few minutes, the user risks death itself. The user can only safely use this jutsu for 5 posts before completely ruining his Inner Coil system.
However, in battle, the use of this technique on this stage of it's development makes an apparent jump ahead compared to the previous level. At this point, the user can focus chakra into his limbs, for instance the fingertips, and use this to hit the enemy with poisoned chakra, leading to the same effect as the blood poisoning chakra had at level one, however also in power of disabling the enemy of molding his chakra. The downside, here, though, is that with every attack, the user sacrifices a bit of his chakra, ensuring that a handful of quick attacks could render the user completely depleted of his energy.
Stage Three:
Rank Required to Control: Jounin
Years Required to Master: 20
Stat Requirement: Control=26, Power=25, Willpower=24, Reserves=19, Intelligence=17
The true level of power begins here, allowing the user to control his chakra to such an extent, it can infect other people's chakra on touch. This is done by first poisoning one's own chakra, as learned in stage two, and then getting it into contact with the enemy's chakra. This can be done by simply touching the enemy's body, and will be even more severe if done either while the enemy is molding chakra or when precisely hitting a tenketsu.
At this point, the infection is so severe it will disable the molding of chakra for a short time, and weakening it for a lot longer. However, there is no consecutive use in this level; hitting the person once will spread the poisoned chakra through the entire body. Hitting him again with the same technique would have no additional effect.
From this level forth, also, the user is no longer hindered by the danger of infecting his own body or Inner Coil System. However, what becomes a bigger problem here is the fact that, since so much chakra needs to be spent to penetrate the enemy's full body, it rapidly depletes the user's energy. The user can only safely maintain the jutsu for 5 posts before depleting completely all available chakra.
Stage Four:
Rank Required to Control: Jounin
Years Required to Master: 25
Stat Requirement: Control=35, Power=33, Willpower=31, Reserves=26, Stamina=18
The final stage of this devastating technique is fearsome indeed, but, fortunately for those opposing it, it is also quite rare. This level ensures that the user can devastate the enemy's Inner Coil System for long periods of time, or even permanently disable the chakra of low-level shinobi, like Academy Students or rookie Genin. This level causes a complete stop of chakra through the body, making it impossible for the user to mold any energy at all, also being the cause of causing limbs to become paralysed from time to time, and making the target suffer from temporary amnesia, as well as severe migraines, and a lack of muscle control. Targets can easily be killed at this level, but there is a major drawback here for the user.
When using this level of the technique, the chakra will gain a mind of it's own, so to say, self-determining on how much is needed to gain the desired effect. This means that the user may suddenly find himself completely depleted of all his energy as well, unable to stop his own chakra from leaking out of his body. If he would try to stop it, he would be forced to mold the chakra into his own Inner Coils, causing instant death to the user. This, however, is oftenly used as a seppuku-method for shinobi in the field when they get caught and wish to kill themselves before being forced to let go of any important information. The user can use the jutsu anywhere from 5 to 20 posts safely. However, the chakra can suddenly deplete itself rapidly at any time.
