*Note 1: All poisons may be cured by any basic healing jutsu or antidote, though a shinobi may heal him/herself, it takes at least two posts to do so. The effects of the poison last until the targeted shinobi is healed, this includes through the following thread. Once the shinobi is healed, all effects are removed (blindness, seizures, whatever they be)*
*Note 2: Each stage is bought and then from there each poison must be bought separately.*
*Note 3: The poisons may only be used with jutsu from within this list.*
*Note 4: All non-lethal, non-permanent poisons are metabalized in two days time.*
Stage 1
Control=2, Willpower=2
At this neophyte’s stage, the Rain-nin gains immunity to all poisons that are administered into the bloodstream. Only one poison may be mixed into the jutsu that the Rain-nin uses at this level of development. The potency of the poisons available to the Rain-nin is rather weak. The target will experience the effects of the poison once every seven posts, starting with the first post.
Poison: Poison Ivy
Power=3, Intelligence=2
This poison causes the target to experience an incredible itching rash. Each time the poison takes effect it spreads over another area of the body. Initially it would cover a minor area (like a hand, or the arm from the elbow to the wrist) and with each affect it spreads.
Poison: Wasp
Control=3, Intelligence=3
Small harmless bumps appear and gradually spread across the skin. They spread with each effect. If the bumps come into contact with anyone else they will spread the poison. Each time this poison takes effect the effected person will feel a stabbing sensation in his heart similar to heart burn.
Projectile Poison Coat:
Intelligence=3, Reserves=3
A projectile may be coated in any poison that the Rain-nin knows. One projectile may be coated in poison for every three control. The poison the projectile is coated in takes effect if the projectile hits its target.
Rain Pebble Toss:
Control=4, Power=4
Rain Pebbles may be used as a method of delivering the poisons. Only one pebble may be used per poison, no matter how advanced in poisons the Rain-nin becomes. The poisons are administered upon contact with the pebbles.
Stage 2
Control=5, Power=4, Reserves=4
Only one poison may be mixed into jutsu that the Rain-nin uses. Immunity to all poisons that may be drunk is obtained. The potency of the poison has improved so that the target will experience the effects of the poison once every six posts, starting with the sixth post.
Poison: Rat
Intelligence=5, Willpower=4, Tactics=4
This poison causes the target to experience a numbing effect. The poison, once administered causes numbing to the area it comes into contact with. The limb may still be used but there is no feeling in it. Each time the poison takes effect it spreads over another area of the body. Initially it would cover a minor area (like a hand, or the arm from the elbow to the wrist) and with each effect it spreads.
Poison: Black Hand
Control=6, Power=6, Intelligence=4
This poison targets the hands. The first time it takes effect it causes the hands to turn black. The second effect the hands feel dry. The third effect the skin at the fingertips begins to crack and bleed. The fourth effect the cracking extends down the rest of the fingers. The fifth effect the cracking and bleeding covers the knuckles. This dry cracking of the skin continues to take effect until on the eighth effect the blackened skin of the hands is dry and brittle enough that it cracks with the slightest touch or bending. On the ninth effect the hand stiffens to the point where it is harder to move the fingers. Every effect thereafter the fingers feel stiff, they may still move but they feel stiffer than usual.
Weapon Poison Coat:
Intelligence=6, Willpower=5, Power=5
A weapon may be coated in any poison mixture the Rain-nin is capable of. The poison is administered once the target comes into contact with the weapon.
Rain Pebble Blade
Control=7, Power= 7, Intelligence=6
Rain Pebbles may now be converted into small weapons. The max size of the weapons is that of a wakizashi. The created weapon lasts for 4 posts before disintigrating. (Projectiles may be created if desired, though they must be thrown physically). Poisons are administered once the target comes into contact with the blade.
Stage 3
Control=8, Power=8, Reserves=6
At this stage the Rain-nin gains immunity to all poisons that may be inhaled. Two poisons may now be mixed into the jutsu that the Rain-nin uses. The potency of the poisons used by the Rain-nin is still not that impressive. The target will experience the effects of the poison once every five posts beginning with the first post.
Poison: Toxin
Intelligence=8, Willpower=6, Tactics=8
This poison serves to slowly affect the vision of the target. Each time it takes effect it narrows the target’s field of vision by fifteen degrees. Assuming that the target has a field of vision of 180 degrees, the target will be completely blind on the twelfth effect.
Poison: Food
Control=9, Power=9, Intelligence=7
You feel sick to your stomach. You just need to throw up, go to the bathroom, something, anything to relieve the pain in your stomach. The first effect you will feel an intense stomach ache. The second effect the stomachache will return and you will vomit or have diarrhea and then feel better. You will continue to vomit or expel liquid excrement every time you the poison takes effect until cured. After the fourth effect you will have continual stomach pains, though the intensity of the pains will lessen each time you throw up or poop.
Fist Poison Coat
Intelligence=9, Willpower=9, Power=7
The Rain-nin’s hands up to the wrist may be coated in any mixture of poison he/she is capable of. The poison does not affect the Rain-nin but is administered to the target once the skin on the Rain-nin’s hand comes into physical contact with the target.
Rain Pebble Shrapnel Explosion
Control=10, Power=10, Tactics=8
One Rain Pebble may be changed into a shrapnel grenade. The radius of the blast from the shrapnel grenade is only 5 feet. The shrapnel is laced with poison and will poison anyone that it cuts.
Stage 4
Control=12, Power=11, Reserves=10, Intelligence=12
At this stage the Rain-nin gains immunity to all poisons that may be administered through touch and are absorbed through the skin. The poisons are only beginning to truly become potent and now the target will experience the effects of the poison once every four posts beginning with the first post.
Poison: Plague Poison
Intelligence=12, Willpower=11, Tactics=10, Control=12
Ring around the Rosie,
Pockets full of posies,
Ashes, ashes, we all fall down
Plague Poison has some nasty effects. It causes the affected area to break out into painful boils that appear as “rosies”. This poison is also powerful enough to kill, though in the form it is administered it will take a while. Each time the poison takes effect it spreads over another area of the body. Initially it would cover a minor area (like a hand, or the arm from the elbow to the wrist) and with each effect it spreads. Also, each time the poison takes effect the target comes that much closer to pushing up the posies. Once this poison has taken effect ten times the targeted character will die. Anyone that touches one of the boils (aside from a medic-nin using a healing jutsu) will become poisoned as well. To protect against this, lime is often used to bury individuals who die from this.
Poison: Smog
Control=14, Power=13, Reserves=11, Willpower=10
It becomes hard to breath. It is hard to see. The swelling and the irritation is intense. The first effect the eyes become irritated and start to water and you feel a choking cough, but only during the effect of the poison. This process repeats itself on the second effect, again your eyes are extremely agitated and water. Your breathing becomes tough and you cough. The irritation and coughing stop in between these two effects. The third time the poison takes effect the eyes swell in their irritation and the lunges become inflamed. The coughing and the watering, itching, painful eyes do not stop now. The fourth effect you begin coughing up blood but stop until the next effect. The fifth effect the coughing up blood does not stop and your eyes have continued to swell. The seventh effect you begin extreme fits of coughing and it becomes difficult to see after the effect your vision clears slightly and the coughing abates. The eighth effect all coughing ceases, your eyes don’t hurt as much, you think it is over. You are wrong. The ninth effect the coughing returns in full force and does not stop. You are coughing up a lot of blood now. Your eyes are completely swollen shut, though they continue to water and now hurt and irritate even more. The tenth effect the coughing as become so intense that you cannot breath anymore, unless healed within 1 more post, you die, blood having filled your lunges.
Body Poison Coat
Intelligence=14, Willpower=13, Tactics=11, Power=10
The Rain-nin can now coat his/her entire body in poison; in this way the entire physical shell of a person becomes a weapon. The Rain-nin is not affected by the poisons but anyone that touches the skin of the Rain-nin immediately begins to experience the effects of the poisons according to the appropriate potency. The Rain-nin using this technique will have an oily sheen to his/her skin. Clothing is not coated with the skin unless the Rain-nin rubs his/her hands all over the clothing which takes an additional post. The poison coating lasts for 5 posts.
Rain Pebble Shotgun
Control=15, Power=15, Reserves=13, Intelligence=14
When a Rain Pebble is thrown after traveling a foot it breaks apart into smaller poison laced pellets. One Rain Pebble may be converted to pellets for every four control. The pellets travel at 25 speed. The poisons they are laced with are administered to the target via contact with the skin, they do not need to enter the blood stream. All converted pebbles may only target one person.
Stage 5
Control=17, Power=16, Reserves=16, Intelligence=15
The Rain-nin has become immune to all poisons but chakra poisoning. The potency of the poisons is becoming really dangerous now. The target will experience the effects of the poison once every three posts beginning with the first post.
Poison: Nerve Poison
Intelligence=17, Willpower=16, Tactics=16, Control=15
This poison affects the nervous system causing uncontrollable spasms and eventually seizures if left untreated. The seizures eventually become so intense that the spine breaks, severing the spinal cord and causing the target to suffocate when he/she can’t breath anymore. The spasms begin over a medium part of the body, like a leg, arm, throughout the back, throughout the chest. The spasms then spread over one of the attached areas of the body (leg to back, arm to chest, back to arm, the target may choose). Each time the target takes the “effect” of the poison he/she experiences a spasms or seizure. Once the target experiences four effects, they begin to experience seizures. On the target’s eighth poison effect, he/she will experience the backbreaking seizure.
Poison: Viper
You cannot feel, you cannot move, all you can do is lie there and wait to die.
Control=18 ,Power=17, Reserves=17, Willpower=14
This poison is essentially a concentrated Rat Poison. Instead of solely causing a numbing effect, this causes the area to become completely useless. Each time the poison takes effect it spreads over another area of the body. Initially it would cover a minor area (like a hand, or the arm from the elbow to the wrist from that area it would cover the entire arm and it would spread more rapidly from then on out) and with every effect it spreads. By the eighth effect it will have affected the entire body. The poisoned person may still breathe and move their head but that is the only control they have left.
Assassin Body Poison Coat
Intelligence=18, Willpower=17, Tactics=17, Power=14
The Rain-nin can now coat the body of another person in poison. Once the Rain-nin touches the target in any way the target is coated in poison. The person becomes a danger even to himself/herself. If he/she touches his/her own skin in any way, then the target immediately experiences the effects of the poison. Anyone that touches the affected person will have the poison administered to him or her as well. The affected person will have an oily sheen to his/her skin. Clothing is not coated with the skin unless the Rain-nin rubs his/her hands all over the clothing which takes an additional post. The poison coating lasts for 6 posts.
Rain Pebble Cloud Explosion
Control=19, Power=19, Reserves=18, Intelligence=16
One Rain Pebble may be converted into a gas bomb of sorts. When the converted Rain Pebble is thrown, upon striking solid matter it explodes into a cloud of poisonous gas. The gas appears like regular smoke. This poisons anyone that comes into contact with the toxic cloud, it does not need to be inhaled. A converted Rain Pebble creates a gas cloud with a diameter of 15 feet with 5 additional feet for every 8 power of the Rain-nin.
Stage 6
Control=21, Power=20, Reserves=19, Intelligence=17, Willpower=15
The potency of the poisons is now near deadly. The target will experience the effects of the poison once every two posts beginning with the first post. The Rain-nin now has become immune to every type of poisoning.
Poison: Silent Death Poison
Intelligence=21, Willpower=20, Tactics=19, Control=17, Power=15
The first time that this poison effects a target, it causes him/her to immediately lose all capabilities of speech. The second time it causes immense pain to shoot throughout the arms and legs, the pain is intensified if the target is cold. The third time it causes pain to shoot throughout the entire body. The fourth time it causes the fingers to go completely numb and lifeless. The fifth time it causes the legs to go numb and lifeless. The sixth time it causes the heart to rupture, killing the target.
Poison: Bane
Control=23 Power=23 Reserves=22, Intelligence=16, Willpower=15
One at a time they fall victim until there is nothing left.
The first effect the veins in the limb turn black and using the limb becomes extremely painful. The second effect the blackness spreads to the rest of the limb and the already enormous pain intensifies. The third effect the skin cracks and bleeds, the pain mounts. The fourth effect the entire limb becomes brittle enough that the slightest amount of strain will cause it the bones to crack, the skin to flake and fall like glass, and while the limb is all but dead the nerve endings still register the enormous pain. The poison affects the limbs in an odd way, actually acting as an adhesive so that the useless limbs do not fall off, this adhesive effect does not stop the bleeding though. The fourth effect it starts all over again with a different limb. (The target may specify which limb is affected). This process repeats itself for all the limbs until no limbs are left. Once this affects all limbs then the next effect after that the torso turns black. The following effect the heart ruptures. (it takes 14 effects to cause death)
Revenge Poison Death Coat
Intelligence=23, Willpower=23, Tactics=22, Power=16, Reserves=15
Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favour fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.
This technique is the ultimate form of revenge. If the Rain-nin dies of unnatural causes, then his/her body will expel a toxic cloud with a radius of fifteen feet from the very pores of his/her skin. If anyone comes into contact with the toxic cloud or with any of the fluids or skin of the dead Rain-nin then that person will experience the wrath of all of the poisons the Rain-nin knew in life at the appropriate potency level.
Rain Pebble Poison Needle Rain
Control=26, Power=25, Reserves=24, Intelligence=19, Willpower=17
Rain Pebbles are thrown into the air, through chakra they are shaped into senbon, infused with poison, and then made to rain down on the target with 50 speed. The deadly rain affects a targeted area with a diameter of 10 feet with five additional feet for every ten power of the Rain-nin. The rain only lasts for one post.
Stage 7
Control=30, Power=27, Reserves=26, Intelligence=22, Willpower=20
The potency of the poisons has been perfected to the point of the extreme. The Target will suffer the effects of the poison once every post.
Poison: The Pain
Intelligence=30, Willpower=27, Tactics=26, Control=22, Power=20
--To the pain means the first thing you lose will be your feet, below the ankles, then your hands at the wrists, next your nose.
-- and then my tongue, I suppose. I killed you too quickly the last time, a mistake I don't mean to duplicate tonight.
--I wasn't finished -- the next thing you lose will be your left eye, followed by your right --
-- And then my ears, I understand. Let's get on with it.
-- Wrong! Your ears you keep, and I'll tell you why -- so that every shriek of every child at seeing your hideousness will be yours to cherish – every babe that weeps at your approach, every woman who cries out, "Dear God, what is that thing?" will echo in your perfect ears.
While this poison does not kill, it mutilates horribly. The first time it takes effect the skin becomes black and feels as if on fire and were being racked, it gets worse from here, so you better find a cure quickly. The second effect is for the skin on the arms below the elbows and on the legs below the knees to actually crack open and flake off. The third effect causes blisters to form on the eyes, the tongue to crack and become so brittle it breaks off easily with the slightest movement, the nose begins to bleed profusely, and the hearing in the ears intensifies. The fourth effect the blisters on the eyes explode open and their pus burns like acid; the areas with cracked skin become so brittle they easily break off; the tongue, if it hasn’t fallen out already, becomes useless. All this while the skin continues to cause excruciating pain. The fifth effect, the eyes bleed and the target loses all chance of being able to see, speak, and use his/her arms or legs; the nose also rots off. The sixth effect ceases all other effects except the incredible pain and the extreme sensitivity to the ears.
Poison: Angel of Death
Control=32, Power=30, Reserves=28, Intelligence= 24, Willpower=22
This poison takes only five effects to kill. The first three effects the target will experience a plethora of euphoric emotions. The fourth effect the target will become extremely chilled and lethargic. The fifth effect the target will simply close their eyes never to awake again.
Venom Trail Coat
Intelligence=32, Willpower=30, Tactics=28, Control=24, Power=22
The very footsteps of the Rain-nin become poison. All that the Rain-nin touches becomes covered in poison. The very footsteps of the shinobi become poisonous. This has become a Rain-nin’s way of getting rid of and pesky followers. The coating lasts for ten posts after which time the poison has become too diluted to be effective. This is especially dangerous, as all the poisons that the shinobi knows will coat whatever he/she touches.
Rain Pebble Razor Discs
Control=35, Power=33, Reserves=31, Intelligence=26, Tactics=18
One pebble for every three control may be created into a CD sized razor disc. Each razor disc is laced with the maximum amount of poisons the shinobi can mix. The discs are created after the pebbles are thrown toward an opponent, they then fly at the opponent with 60 speed. They are sharp enough and rotate fast enough that they will cut through everything but metal, though their penetrating power is only about two inches. They do not need to cut, merely come into contact with a target to transfer the poisons.
*Note 2: Each stage is bought and then from there each poison must be bought separately.*

Poison: Black Hand
Control=6, Power=6, Intelligence=4

Intelligence=23, Willpower=23, Tactics=22, Power=16, Reserves=15

Poison: The Pain
Intelligence=30, Willpower=27, Tactics=26, Control=22, Power=20

Venom Trail Coat
Intelligence=32, Willpower=30, Tactics=28, Control=24, Power=22
Control=35, Power=33, Reserves=31, Intelligence=26, Tactics=18
