The following extra rules being used I guess they are house rules for lack of a better phrase
1 Action Points are in use
2 I have Final Say 100% of time even if it contradicts an established rule. (This is for all Rules Lawyers and Power Gamers not for a personal power trip).
3 Three natural 20s in a row for critial conformation results in a vorporal strike (this is a player only rule not applicable to any non-player character).
4 No prestige class may be taken without my approval at least one level in advance (this rule is designed to have the story make more sense on how you gained your levels and not to establish even more control over the players).
5 Multi-Classing Caster Classes even secondary ones can only be gained with a one level in advanced warning (this is so that there isn't a fighter who just wakes up one morning and opens a book and just starts casting spells).
6 There is no XP penalty for item creation the cost of the item and your time is enough expense for my purposes.
7 Between most completed adventures there will be down time in which you can use your profession, perform, craft skills or anything else you wish to do for a few weeks while you rest and enjoy the bounty from your profitable adventuring career or worst case have an opportunity rake up some cash from a failed adventure in the hopes of canceling your losses
These alterations have been in use for several years and seem to work fairly well but as I have mentioned else where I am new to Forum gaming and may have to adjust some of them. If you feel that a rule is not working in game play feel free to PM me and I will see what can be done to remedy the problem.
Side Note- To make the game run smoother AIM will be useful for dice rolls
