With Bill and Ted's addition to the party, time travel has become an option! Places or projects that are initially available:
*65,000,000 BC - Chrono Trigger World
*12,000 BC - Chrono Trigger World
*600 AD - Chrono Trigger world
*2300 AD - Chrono Trigger World
*Apx. 800 AD - "Sigil of Fire" era
*Apx. 1700 AD - For that "Dracula dude, man"
*Possibly in the past of the Naruto world or Azeroth/Outland
*Looking for that dude "Doc"
*The Meiji Revolution / Bakumatsu era (Lee's home time period)
*The Warring States period (the period that that Bone Eater's Well supposedly goes to)
*Guts' time period
*The Maverick Hunter 20XX future from which Frost Walrus hails
*The future from which the Outlaw Star gang hails
*The future of the Earth of the Rifts
*The 19th century for the historic heroes Sherlock Holmes, Dr. Jekyll, etc.
*The Shadowrun future, from which Jake hails
*The future from which Kazuma hails [Scryed]
*The future from which Laughing Man hails [Ghost in the Shell]
*The Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3 future
*The Mad Max future
While Bill and Ted's phone booth can traverse both great distance in space and time, it does require a sophisticated hand. Because of this, Bill and Ted must be brought along for any time mission for now. They also own the thing and typically want to come along. Avoiding paradoxes is easiest when going to distinct time periods and making as minor of adjustments as possible. The phone booth can only hold around 10 people safely. Luckily, Bill and Ted can typically get the group travelling back in time reasonably well. But, as Rufus said, "The clock is always ticking back in San Dimas", so be careful.
It's also possible for the booth to breach into some temporal paradoxes. For example, the Caverns of Time instances might be feasible through this system.
Aside from that, have fun and don't play with any naughty bug eyed monsters!
