The expected abilities from the Bando Rakashin unique tree is listed, pending approval.
_____________________________________________
Name: Bando Rakashin
Age: 13
Sex: Male
Height: 6'0
Country/Village: Stone
Rank: Genin
Physical Description: Bando is unusually dark-skinned and tall. His muscles bulge like a weightlifter, clearly having been built quickly and intensely. His skin is an almost silver white with an amazing sheen. His eyes are a searching red. He has full lips and perfect, unusually white teeth.
Personality: Bando is a tall and silent type. He usually is fairly pleasant and cuddly, but in battle he roars with controlled rage. He enjoys life in a quiet way, embracing the bare necessities (yes, we had to do it ) . He enjoys sweets and candy, as well as honeyed liquor when he can. Bando likes to communicate with body language, sometimes giving answers to his teammates with only the crunching of his hard candies (one for yes, two for no).
Clothing: Bando dons an open black vest with a bear paw insignia on the back and fur lining, shorts, his Stone headband fitting around his neck most of the time (“they don't make it in my size anyways”), and tabi sandals. On serious missions, he will put the headband up and may compromise on additional protective gear, but reasons that his bear form is protection enough. He wears a gourd on his hip filled with honey and a pouch filled with candies, which he is frequently chewing upon in lieu of talking.
Nindo: Bando has a strict code of honor that determines how he does his missions and what missions he prefers to take. His Nindo boils down to the following principles:
1.It is not a victory unless it is an honorable one. Glorious death is preferable to cowardly survival.
2.Guile is an absolute last resort. The simplest and straightest path is best. Promises made should be kept, and care should be taken about the vows given.
3.Respect for nature, wisdom, experience and life is paramount.
4.Never do any thing rashly or incompletely. Complete each task before moving onto the next.
5.Avoid idle chatter. The only way true emotions can be expressed is through action, through claws and roars.
6.Payment or reward is extraneous. Experience is the currency of value. Bando will accept enough to improve himself and to acquire the necessities and few luxuries he asks; otherwise, he demonstrates largesse through sharing and donation. Bando also feels that this doesn't hold him down; he acquires the far greater gift of freedom by parting with a few trinkets.
7.A man's property and domain is of utmost importance. Bando steers away from missions that require taking the property or land of others. He is protective of his and his own. Note that this is trumped by #6 and #8.
8.Family is the cornerstone of one's existence and knowledge. Those who are adopted into one's family are of the utmost importance. (This applies to team mates, pets, and close friends.)
9.Taking ten lives for a good cause is paltry in comparison to saving one life for any reason.
10.The universe is now. It does not contain a future or a past.

Ishi no Karada Taijutsu: Stage 2
Tsuruhashihijishou (Pickaxe Elbow)
Requirements: None
Description: The only complicated move the shinobi is capable of at this stage. An elbow attack that is delivered downwards or backwards. Often combined in a combo.
Shoushitsu (Rising Knee)
Requirement: None
Description: The user brings his knee upwards to knock the air out of the enemy’s stomach and to make the enemy more vulnerable and open for a new and more powerful attack.
Hourakushou (Cave-in Palm)
Requirement: None
Description: A basic Taijutsu attac. Similar to how a Hyuuga attacks with a gentle fist attack, the Yama-Ken user rams his open palm forward to hit the enemy’s chest and belly. A direct hit can knock the air out of the opponent.
Hasai Houyou (Crushing hug)
Requirement: None
Description: The user lunges and puts his arms around his enemy’s whole body, holding their arms and upper body in a tight hug. He holds the enemy tightly, making it hard for the enemy to move. Upper level taijutsu users can easily escape, as well as shinobi with a Strength and a Willpower stat above that of the user. However, if the enemy is too weak, he is stuck and cannot move, leaving him vulnerable to attacks from other people. This technique can also have the unfortunate consequence of having the user being hurt by an attack from an ally.
Kannyuu Tanima (Collapsing Valley)
Requirement: None
Description: The user readies his fists on either side of a part of the target’s body, most commonly the head or ribs, then pounds inward with great force at a slight downward angle. This is a simple but effective attack aims to distract the enemy by causing pain in two places simultaneously.
Doton Gurabo (Earth Element Stone Gloves)
Description: By pounding both fists into the ground the user of this jutsu is able to pull them back out, covered in earth and held tightly together by chakra. Basically used like fists or a shield, the user is able to both defend and attack with them. Eventually, though, the stone will wear away after three posts.
Kuma Kobushi (Bear Fist)
Description: A highly powerful attack in which the user swats down at the target with a stiff, open palm, as if he were a grizzly bear clawing at an opponent. This move calls for focusing a lot of strength into the shoulder, arm, wrist, hand, and fingers to ensure a great amount of force being brought down on the enemy. The second stage of this attack is a temporary paralysis on the enemy if the hit connects squarely. For a short time, around 1 post, the target cannot move his muscles where hit.

Biography:
The Rakashin clan really, really likes animals. Every member of the Rakashin clan has an animal spirit that they trust and communicate with. Unlike even the Inazuka Clan of Leaf, the Rakashin clan become so attuned to their particular animal of choice that aside from finding one in a spirit journey and training it to be able to speak and fight as a ninja, they attune their own chakra to that animal's, allowing them to create an animus.
Bando has always been lazy, unusually large even for his clan (renowned for being rugged individualists and adventurers), napping through cold snaps and seasons, enjoying honey and sweets to an unusual and probably perverse extent, and famous for his prize fish catches. His elders knew immediately that he would be a bear tribesman. So at the age of 12 he dropped into the mountains and forced to forage on his own.
His fishing lines lasted a day before being torn apart irreparably by the rough mountain currents and wildlife. His bait was similarly short lived. He attempted to fish by hand, and while catching slow and weak fish and finding berries he got enough to survive. Unfortunately, a water-borne bacterium caused him to become violently ill. Suffering from a diet insufficient to support him and vomiting constantly, Bando stumbled blindly through the woods. Suddenly, in the clearing ahead, he saw a traumatic sight.
Two bears, one obviously a mother fresh with cub, battled ferociously. The mother was losing, badly. Bando, despite being in no condition to fight, bravely charged in with his best. Batted away like a rag doll, Bando found himself desiring to protect the cub almost as much as the mother. At that moment, his spirit manifested, and he acquired his bear animus. With this newfound assistance, he was able to drive off the other bear before the cub was harmed. Unfortunately, he did not act in time to save the mother of the creature he would know as Tekkoudan.
Bando knew true sadness for the first time in his life, possibly the single greatest thing that kept him going through the Academy, the actual knowledge of death in battle. Many criticize the Rakashin custom of sending their young Genin into the woods alone, but it does produce both compassionate and aware warriors who defend their teammates and do not senselessly risk themselves, a rare maturity not often found in the Academy.
It was then that Bando met Tekkoudan, learning to take care of the animal. In the remaining time, Kuma taught Bando what his mother had taught about fishing, bear combat, and so forth.
