Where we can start Glenn's Chosen One! The character creation directions from Jecht Cisero apply. So far we had the following stuff:
*Special lightsaber design
*Traits: Chosen One (opens up all the areas of the Force to him despite the Energy Manipulator Trait; 5 Point Positive), Energy Manipulator (makes him into that category of Force manipulation, Neutral Trait), Self-Motivated Learner: Force Powers (this makes his Force powers either less numerous or otherwise bereft of formal training but makes them more intuitive and self-discovered, which has certain benefits; Neutral Traits), Light Side Blessing (more access to Light side abilities but less access to Dark). That fills your Trait Point possibilities. To get any more, you'll need Negative Traits. However, given the highly restrictive ethics that he operates under, and the likely cloistered condition of his training (assuming he was trained), you may get some Negatives that way. He may also suffer from being Dispassionate, i.e. in his attempt to stay purely on the Light Side of the Force he has cut himself off from many emotions.
That's pretty much it. Now, because of his Self-Motivated Trait, his trainers will either be more cooperators if they teach Force powers, working with him, or will instead focus on Skills, Merits, lightsaber combat, etc.
EDIT: We were also considering an extensive Cultural Sojourn that granted him training from across the galaxy.
