Everyone with a special weapon can go through a test wherein they battle the soul of the weapon in order to gain a new released power from it.

Evan, his War Pick, perhaps an exploding strike...kinda like the old DnD style greathammers of Fireball +3 (Ask if you don't know what Im talking about)
Jessica, DF's Bleeder Chain, maybe some sort of a biological attack, like it can induce some sort of genetic retardation of sorts upon successful hit, perhaps we can expand on the idea.
Jack, His blades, they are already gnarlly strong, maybe a way to temperality mimic excalibour status or the that sword that had war printed into it like 100 times or something?
Wyatt, His excalibour...hmm...As of now Im not sure what it can already do.

What, swing and make a fireball?
Perhaps the chain becomes a section of horrifically anemic sickle-shaped cells that introduce horrific effects into enemies.
Ah, you mean Mr. Excelsior's War. A beauty of a weapon. They're good blades; perhaps they'd shrink and become two very small daggers, but they move in tandem and make Jack get two turns and do fun things like working in precise conjunction and symmetry to launch a big spiral wave?
Light Excalibur's bankai spirit is obvious. Its effect would probably be an invulnerability or the blessing of God or some such.

Kinda, Hmm i think I have a better description, remember in PS the dude whom had the mace that everytime it impacted it created an exploding gylph? I'd totally go for something similar.
Chain idea rocks! As does the blades. and I think ill go witht he blessing.

I think that was Brandon; now, it's Fred, since I have that mace. So what, the pick becomes a red-hot explosion generator, maybe linked at the back to a massive chain of explosion-causing flame spheres?
Jess is fighting on a massive interlinked field of crescent moons, with great pits below her. She is starting with three "squares" to one side and four to another side. Suddenly, chains pop up on squares on the other side, filling two full rows.
Jack, on the other hand, is standing with his legs on either side of a great bisecting line. On one side is a black square. On another a white. Floating around him are objects he's stolen and shattered pieces of ancient architecture. Suddenly two identical looking swordsmen rocket at him, one trying for the head, the other the feet.
Wyatt, meanwhile, stands in an arena. Light Excalibur is out of his hands. On the top of a great jutting stone in the midst of a lake, he sees his blade. Suddenly, it is pulled by a large Anglo-Saxon man wearing full plate on top of which he has wolf pelts. "Dare you wield this blade that symbolized my succession to power?!"

Jessica will Elemental Polar Blast the chains, with superheated nigh plasma like temperatures, then with subzero temperatures in attempts to shatter them.

Jack will use his assassins rush on the man going for his head, and if all goes well Jack will tritin the man in the back of the upper thigh with one of this blades, and chainsword rack down the dudes back. If it fails he's going to parry, cross parry, dodge, parry, his way into a defensive position where he can attack again.
Wyatt "I do dare to do so!"

The blasts deflect harmlessly. The chains form into cylindrical objects. The first row is relatively simplistic, yet the second further one is very ornate. One of the simplistic ones advances forward two "squares".
Jack finds out pretty quickly he can't move either leg across the line. The assassin's rush does collide but the blade still strikes, albeit scraping the top of the head instead. The foe flips away while Jack gets into a defensive position; however, his right leg is bleeding profusely.
The man raises his blade. A chorus of angels can be heard, and the water from around the structure as well as the earth beneath it rockets at Wyatt.

What was the blood spell of DF's that gave him minor control over what spell and or action the target could do? because I'd so use that on the first chain right now.
I need you to explain jack and the enemy again, whos bleeding, who got hit where?
and god damnit....Wyatt will stand his ground "I wield this sword in your honor to uphold valor, test me! Hold nothing back!" Wyatt will intwin his barriers with his excalibour, into a mega defensive block/parry, againest the rocketing earth.

It won't work.
Jack's leg is bleeding profusely. He's fighting a pair of enemies. And he can't step across the line. All he can do is run across it or move his leg on either side.
Wyatt sends the earth and water back to Arthur. He then has more turn to immediately attack.

Jessica will try to move up a few squares to meet the chains. Once doing so she will attempt to chain strike them with the no-edge.
Oh I see, shity to have his leg fucked. he needs those. Jack will charge at the first dude, using the tritan like a lance and expect for the tritan to be blocked and or parried, so he'll let it go limp once its parried and propare to alter its form into possibly a mace. He'll use his other sword to maximal thrust into the lance blocking dudes ribs. If the second dude attempts to counter his charge, he will redirect the dudes attack with his free sword arm and continue the rush with the lance.
Wyatt will charge directly behind the water, and earth, and use the redirection as a battering ram, to blow Arthurs defense, he'll do a massive cleaving downward slash upon arthur.

What trajectory will he take to get there? Remember: It's a board. I can get some kind of sketch if necessary.
I wouldn't say fucked, it was a nasty hit but he's endurant. How will he charge? He can only move like a few feet. The guy's beyond that reach right now.
Arthur blocks the blade with some difficulty. He then butts Wyatt in the stomach with his scabbard, but Wyatt's barrier does the trick there. Wyatt's actual turn.

Forward is the trajectory.
I suppose He'll use there attacks againest them if he can, redirecting there own blades if possible.
Wyatt will use this moment of to slash at the exposed arm, and shoulder bash into Author, attempting a stunning blow, if not knock him off his feet.

Right, but you understand the chains are holding together the pieces. You can't attack the chains.
You weren't under attack, you were launching your attack.
There is no exposed arm.

The hand gun version is meant to hold the spirit of an ancient demon slayer, the rounds specifically meant for tearing apart demonic auras and flesh. The sniper rifle would be a blind sniper who can shoot just as good as if he could see.
