okay i'm posting this because i'm rather bored with seeing the entire team generally work separately with similar goals and means, this thread i am posting (and will likely have freds support with) will require the team to work together to find something that will benefit the team....any takers?

Threads exist for some of those. What in particular will you focus on for now here?

Oh, yes, the weapon analog of the Heavens Chimera. It might be best if it were just a giant sword that anyone could use. How would y'all proceed with that?

well last I checked with you we needed to gather signature materials or construct designs from everyone which could take a while so I believe we first need to OOC figure out what those would be.
Obviously you would need to come up with the npc resources which could take a while so take your time also we will need everyone to post here for ideas for there charecter.
Also you did say if we collected enough materials we could forge peices for everyone like a dagger for mephiasu, a sword for jin, a chainsaw for hack or either ash ect.
this is probably a much longterm goal but that is why we need to hop to it.

So begin with posting components from each of your characters. I'll add some NPCs right now.
Denios:Demonic forging in the manner of Blackforge Erishkai/Danara:A powerful soul-stealing effect or weapon Felhame:A Ring of Power Sarashito:Crystallized Alter Power

Fred suggested I post here, so here's my idea: We should go after an abandoned fleet of starships for communal use. I think we can find something like the Katana Fleet, or some long-lost Renn-Mitte fleet (like the ship we found using R2-D2) or something. Personally, I think we'd have the best luck looking for a fleet in the Undersea.
We have a few options:
1) All out blow out with the fleet once we find it and just make repairs later. Not recommended.
2) Cause as little damage as possible and sneak inside to re-work the system.
3) Damage only the weapons enough to get inside.
I bet there are other ideas, but that's it for me right now. My entire team will be coming. I'm thinking this fleet may also may need to be upgraded, but I think if we can find an automatic factory for starfighters...we could sure pulverize the Imperium and any enemies that have large armadas of ships.

I was talking particularly about an autonomous fleet. No commander so you won't need to find a commander who can pilot an archaic type of ship.

How can you form a T Mindfuck or Telepathic Immunity into an item, and what do the rest do?

Ah, I see. Well, Laura will do a search in the database for old legends or maybe forgotten documents of dead planetary governments for anything like an autonomous fleet.

She finds nothing conclusive, certainly nothing that helps her get where she needs to go.

well, how i could do that is simple, in concept, i find some object that allows me to enchant items with minimal charge, and craft a bunch of shit, different items depending on each characters individual style

Mace will take up the research and communications aspect of this quest, seeing as he is in quarantine. He'll give a call to that byzantine empire near the Undersea to see if they would be willing to give them a permit to pass over the barrier and to check if they have any trade ships heading in that direction that they could piggy-back on to get to the otherside. They'll leave the ship then and go hunting for any fleets.

And everyone can probably do that already, but that's going to produce crap in the end product and it's hard to produce an essence of a "Mindfuck".
Or he could, you know, REST and NOT BE INVOLVED WITH EVERYTHING.

*Blinks* Allllrighty. You're using CAPS a lot lately, I've noticed. Anywho.
Alrighty, Jerry will do that and puts out a call for anyone who wants to join in the search.

Hehehehe, when I try to repeatedly steer someone one direction subtly, I find caps works. Mace is supposed to rest, relax and not do too many things. Some War Games stuff is okay, since it's sort of like playing video games in bed. Similar things, maybe research or reading, etc. is alright, but he's not supposed to communicate except to approved visitors (since who knows when a sudden rush of passion will cause something... weird).
"We do not trade with the Undersea rabble, and we have heard of no such fleets being lost there."

"No one ever leaving ships there since they're peaceful and want to keep them hidden? Nothing of the sorts?" She sighs. She considers talking with some historians and actually tells Brent to go do that.
Brent will look up any historians who specialize in space warfare, and any really aggressive, warrior planets that work with spaceship technology to make battle fleets.

"No. However..."
Brent finds millions.

"However...?"
Brent sighs, and tries to narrow the search down with historians who specialized in 'lost' fleets, ones supposedly disappearing or going into certain areas and never coming back.

"There are ship graveyards. One is near Rosalium. The Undersea is like the ocean, and an area nearby is like a lagoon. There are pirates and dangers there, and there may be some items you could recover for us. There may also be what you are looking for there. We will authorize you if you can help us."
That narrows it down to no one currently available.

Laura grins happily, winking at the the other end of the line. "Why thank you, Mr...?" Her mind begins to race with ideas. "We'd be glad to snatch some stuff up for you in the mean time. Just give us a list and we'll be sure to get them for ya."
Off-screen, she gestures wildly for Brent to stop the search and just get all the information they can on the area called "Rosalium," known pirates and bounties for that area, and anything else that would be useful.

Sorry, typo, Rizelium. "Don't quote me: Just find anything with our insignia or eliminate any pirates while you're there."
Brent finds that the biggest danger are pirates using the ship graveyard to hide and unsavory characters preying on the ships.
If you could do a big enough favor for a Librarian or Engineer to warrant it, or give Zeradin enough resources to mass produce/project, it could work.

Laura blinks, slightly taken back by the man's attitude and shrugs. "Alrighty. Can do. We'll head out immediately, thank you. Any place you want us to drop the stuff off at?"

sounds like a private campaign to me, hmm engineer or librarian, both are nutty as hell, i'd have to send in Anduris, as he's the only one of my characters with no metal, unless we'd be immune to the nanovirus

Laura nods and says good bye before silencing the comm. "Brent, Jerry. Let's go." They'll use the communal teleportation ability to get into the area.
