Those of you Jedis (or lightsaber users) could sure benefit from finding unique crystals.

Inilisu Whitecloud would definitely be all over that.

I'm sure he would. How shall you begin?

I have no idea where. He might as well start out by entering those dimensions and starting on the planets with the largest and most expansive crystal caves.

There was the Jedi Council's main planet on KoToR... remember that one?

Does Xexilia want to join in?

So: Dantooine? Elsewhere? You seem to know the lore more than I do. Or consult with the regular gang of idiots... I mean, experts?

Mace can help sense crystals with his cantomancy.

He sure can! Where will he do that?

Any obscure planets in the Star Wars universe that isn't known to have such crystals? We'll start there.

Yavin, since they have a promising gem deposit there. We'll teleport there if the gaseous planet doesn't interfere with that kind of travel and head to any abandoned mining sites.

Nope, gas doesn't interfere with magic teleportation. However, the database says that all Yavin's sites are fully used.

Can't even go to it's moons, like Endor?

Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Jan 4, 2007 20:56:25 GMT -5
I was referring only to the corusca stones on Yavin. Endor and some of the other smaller moons may (in fact probably do due to the proximity) have some crystal deposits that are less used, though the Ewoks have learned not to just let outsiders run roughshod over them. Talking to the Ewoks and getting an Ewok escort could help.

Ditto to Sith, but I guess we'll head to an Ewok village. Do we have translators on us or should we hire one?

You guys are generally speaking Omniglots (or are a Tongues II spell away from speaking most any language), and I'm sure Laura's cybernetics include a massive language library and a universal translator.

There's always HK-47 too, he can even translate the language of the Tusken Raiders.

Yep. The largest Ewok village on the planet or a smaller one?

|
|
Post by Mace Parshath on Jan 10, 2007 19:43:31 GMT -5
The largest on the planet would be hella fun. We'll start there and use Laura's universal translator to ask around for any available guides to known crystal deposits.

What Mace said!

|
Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Jan 13, 2007 20:59:41 GMT -5
The Ewoks have seemingly taken to druidic magic and other non-technological forms of advancement like stink to cheese. There is a spaceport and a small "human area" for tourists and travelers set aside. The curious Ewoks in the area point to Laura's metallic components, Xexilia's armor, and the other oddities of the group. Suddenly, one Ewok in particular strides up the group. Though speaking in Ewokese, the group clearly understands even without the benefit of their own translators. "Welcome, friends!", he says.

Xexilia bows with a smile in reply to the Ewok's welcome.

And Zenexoria and Staccato's response? Oh, and y'all bringin any NPCs?

Post by sithofmacabre on Jan 14, 2007 22:46:11 GMT -5
Zenexoria mutters something about living teddy bears, while Staccato, however dull her expression is, seems to light up at the sight of the Ewok like a regular child.
Nah, I'm good.
