This is what I have for Xeno's abilities in FB Rules:
Abilities:
Storm Tiger
Boxing and Wrestling/Coal Dancer
Centurion Armor Skills: The mighty Venecian army distinguished itself through cleverly using armor and shields skillfully in combat.
Dervish Sword and Weapon God: . The fundamental idea is to not respect any type of weapon or even a favorite weapon per se, but to respect anything that The Powers That Be have in your hand. This respect for everything, even a meager stick or club, is what differentiated the Tiger Emperors and let them have an array of weapons, all with weapon ki.
Emperor's Codex
Demon Hunting
Veneficium Mentalist: The Venecian Tiger Emperors kept a retinue of psychics who used incredible intellect, combining science and psionics for assassination, research, and pre-cognition. The Venecians believe that psionics are byproducts of intellect manifesting itself upon the environment, stressing neither the raw will of the Ilwil Worot or the harmony of the Twanchen Mind Harps, but instead a detached and scientific attitude. Something that the Veneficium Mentalist developed, among others, is martial arts incorporating psionics. This means that Xenocratis has both magic and psi-attuned katas at his disposal, compensating for his relatively low Tech and Ki in his martial arts. Editor's Note: Psychic-based Katas are listed below, as are Psionics. The only things listed here are unique psychic skills and psychic martial arts at Xenocratis' disposal.
Foresight and Forestrike: This technique combines short-range clairvoyance and telepathic skills with a defensive martial art to predict an opponent's attacks.
Whip and Sling: This art uses telekinesis alternately to augment every motion of the fighter, leading to telekinetically-accelerated punches/leaps/dodges, and to combine regular unaided blows with telekinetic attacks to fight multiple opponents or to confound and aggravate a small group.
Vile Sorcery: Xeno's experiments.
Tattooes of Pain: Constant pain, pins shadow to body
Field Effects
Acrid Acre:
Field of Stolen Glory:
Fog of Drowning:
Mist of Black Powder:
Mist of the Prism:
Tiger's Throne:
Katas
Black Water:
Blinding Speed Kata:
Chaos Key Gun Kata:
Death from the North:
Dessication from the West:
Destruction from the South:
Disease from the East:
Dragon Breath Kata:
(Earth
Ghost Flame Kata:
Iron Tortoise Kata:
Jagged Steel:
Phasing Moon: A simple power-building Kata that puts Xeno through ever-changing states of reality, warping space and time about him and altering his energy in predictable ways.
Plying Wood and Burning Boughs: The wood elemental skill.
Storm Tiger Kata:
Tidal Windmill Kata:
Welcoming Void:
Equipment:
Emperor's Honor: The symbol of power for millenia. The emblem of an empire. Xenocratis wears this armor with pride, for it defended generations of Emperors. The Emperor's Honor, in terms of bestowing additional defense, is a very flawed armor. Even Badcat's Scintillating Scales are more effective at absorbing damage. No, what the Emperor's Honor does is act as a filter for all damage. Blows that strike Xenocratis when he wears this powerful creation deal basic damage: they lose almost all characteristics. Bladed weapons, soul-draining staves, and blasts of temporal distortion all are humbled by this incredible armor. Because the Emperor's Honor protects Xenocratis from most cheap tricks, he can simply leverage his titanic endurance and willpower against most blows. It is a combination few have managed to defeat.
Battle Modes: Because the EH is designed to be used by someone with Centurion Armor abilities, it has a variety of configurations for combat.
