"Hey, man, I don't especially want to give something up for your quest, though I will if I have to."

"hmm, what do I have as a bargaining chip....." (thinking out loud)

Quion thinks, growls to himself, then takes out a large brass statue of a person and says, "My Ton Zen. Hold onto it until CH goes through with what we promised."

Ah. So all your non-D&D weapons. Fair enough.
Vasili smiles. "We are very much in business, then." He waves, and all the men around him sit down. "I would imagine you will deactivate the poison when you leave. If you do not, we can do so, and it would reflect poorly. Now." He opens his hands and pantomines a bird flying. "A little bird told me that Miles Vance asked for a rather large set of weapons, some modified Warsaw Pact, even a few Nazi relics. A... friend, who demands only to be called Chun Tzu (occidental despite the name), provided those items. Chun Tzu is certainly eccentric, but he is also brilliant, and he keeps excellent track of his customers. In addition, as I'm sure you know, many criminal organizations were contacted by Minutemen organizations. To be honest, and no offense Mr. Hack, the return of the United States would be good for us."

"I don't really care if the US comes back, I just want to take out the bastards who tortured the humanity out of me for seven years, if there's anyone left let em try, I doubt that the UEG will have much trouble"

Quion says, "I don't know. There was a big loss of... Wait a second, fuck that. So, what can you give us concrete?"
Vasili says, "I can provide nothing on paper, but the great sea of electricity that we call the web, that is another alternative."

Vasili says, "Not e-mail. Far too easy to track." He takes out a laptop and begins furiously typing. "There. There is now a website that contains the data you seek in code form. Now: The first 'all-on-Hack' match begins tomorrow." The men around him seem to want to ask questions, obviously about the feasibility, but he smiles. "This will require a rush job, but you will not be dissatisfied, Mr. Hack. Satisfied?"
Quion says, "I want to review the merchandise and I want you to give us a word-of-mouth guarantee. And..." He takes out around a hundred thousand gold coins. "This will be collateral to insure your silence about this transaction and the full honesty of the information given."

Vasili smiles, almost a little devilishly, and accepts the coins. "Ah, nothing more than ten million in UEG credit to silence my tongue? But of course, young Lumina-Rossis." Vasili turns around the laptop. "If I were to rip you off, it would be far more subtle." The screen shows a new website that has a poorly written essay about Sun Tzu, but hidden in the meta-tags and the essay, all three verify through their various means, is the location and contact information for Chun Tzu as well as data that only overlaps 22% with the already purchased data.

The three leave the restaraunt. The men all look at them, talking and returning to some discussions, but the Bosnian simply watches silently and fingers his pistol. Outside the car is untouched and no jackbooted thugs await in the shadows. The three step into the car and head into the air. Quion says, "Where we gonna park this in LA?"

OOG: Shi has her, but she's an Eva not a parking lot attendant, and more importantly Quion wasn't talking about theft but was talking about literally where in LA to park.

Sarashito says, "Chun Tzu is close to USC and his main supply warehouse is near the docks. We need to balance the likelihood of, umm, theft, with the time it'll take us to get through the city, and also avoid attracting attention, and..."

Sarashito says, "I like swiftness."
