"Yes I do, tell me will we need these men after you have your information"

"It's not information we want. It's justice. These guys will keep attacking and will keep doing whatever they want. We're going to break them down, bring them to trial, listen to whatever legitimate demands we have, and then find a way to rehabilitate them and hopefully deter such future behavior." Hack recognizes this set of opinions: it sounds a lot like Fred Lumina-Weise.
Sarashito says, "These guys destroy lives... It's not fair."

"hmmm.....pay back, i like that option better, tell me what happens if every time we try to bring them to trial their lackeys simply attack and release them, my soloution is how shall we say ....more...permanent, do you understand what I'm saying"

"Payback? Nothing you can possibly do to them will ever take back what they did to you. They're still living creatures. Now, your argument that the judicial system will fail is sheer BS, but anyways, even if you're right that ONLY justifies you to kill them after a failed trial, not before."

"alright then, I help you take them alive, or as many of them as possible, should trail fail, well (stands up ad checks on death and destruction, while not letting anyone see them) then we use my solution, sound fair?"

Quion nods. "Fine. Fair. I'll make that compromise." For a moment it looked like he was going to say "No" like his father would, but the response is inscrutable. Sarashito says, "Are you sure? We're turning a blind eye to..." "To something that may never happen, so we can get resources to bring them to justice now. I'll take that deal any day."
Vermelli smiles at this discussion. "Well, it warms the cockles of my heart whenever I can forge a working business relationship. Is there anything else before you leave my office, any of you? Once you are out that door, any new information must be purchased independently."
OOC: You should start up on other things so you can be posting when I'm out like I was. Eligible missions would include anything you could do not as a member of CH, including hunting summons, Djinni, doing weapon releases, exploring, taking mercenary missions from other sources...

OOC: will do
begins examining the contents of the envelope "besides, should your measures be inadequate, would you rather the problem be solved my way or let them rapmage on? your choice. I'll be happy as long as they suffer, rotting in a cell or at the end of my blades, makes no difference to me" hack will leave when he is satisfied by the information in the envelpoe.

"I would rather not see the termination of a life. Murder is murder; everyone has justifications for it. Their suffering shouldn't give you any happiness whatsoever - that is the dehumanization that they tried to force upon you and that they practice."
Vermelli shrugs. "Self-righteous little chap, isn't he?"
The folder contains pictures, names, profiles, former ranks... Vincent estimates that 70% of the scientists, 80% of the agents, and 60% of the upper ranking people are represented here. He doesn't know the completeness of the Mob data, but he could scarcely care, as the anger flows through him and the folder begins to crumple. Sarashito nods and looks at their faces. "You know them, don't you? Their habits... their smiles... their tears..."

"remember when you said that you hoped the scientists were nice to me? well if by nice you mean kind enough to keep me consoius while they were modifying my body, and kept me consious as they assulted every one of my pain receptors until there were none left fuctioning, then yes they were nice, all I remember is the pain, now I finally have a chance to make them suffer, If your body was wracked with pain nonstop for god knows how long, you would understand my point of view."

Quion laughs as he stands up and gets ready to leave. "Vince, you have a lot to learn about not being so presumptuous. Other people have suffered, and you'd know it if you could put your selfishness aside for a second and just look. Sarashito was in a supersoldier program. All she's known for her whole life is the people who were tormenting her for their purposes. Imagine how much harder it'd be if your experience went on for your whole life and that your parents were your tormentors. And I've been on my own for the last four years. I'm eighteen, by the way."

"imagine how much harder it would be to see your parents blood staining your hands, the first coherent thing I can remember is slaughtering them, just as they taught me too, and doing the same to everyone else who stood in my way" hack stands "if you want to know fully what they did to me? I figure about the same as Sarashito physically, but mentally, well, ask Vermelli"

Vermelli shrugs. "Sarashito is an X factor, Vince. I don't know very much about her. But I would wager that, given the way that the mainland of her dimension was looking to master the Alter Force, the psychological component was actually more protracted. In fact..."
Quion says, "So, wait, you're seriously going to argue that it is a DISADVANTAGE that you got the opportunity to kill your captors, especially given your Rambo outlook on life? And if you resent their teaching so much, why do you jump to use it and engage in the mindset they engendered into you?"
Sarashito stands up and says, "Can we stop talking about it? We've come here with our branching paths. There's a lot of things we don't want to go back to. Right now, we want to stop what's going to happen in the future."

"agreed, and it is a disadvantage walking into a room and the first thing you think of is fifty different ways to kill every one in it, Lets go" stands up and heads twards the door saying to himself "There will be vengance Kat, after all these years your spirit will finally be at peace"
OOC: Kat is the only person who Hack let get close to him,

OOG: it doesent matter to him, whichever one he pulls out at random, he captures/ kills the bastard, though he would prefer the latter option, he has no intention of backing down on his promise

Hack pulls out one face at random. Again that white-hot surge of rage fills his body, because this is the only member of the upper management he saw on a regular basis. Brigadier General Miles Vance. Hack thought Vance had killed himself after the UEG formation, but now it's Hackhas figured out that Vance faked his death. Vermelli's information puts Vance last seen in the area of Philadelphia, apparently preparing for the ritual that created the Neo-Avatars. Vermelli's note says that Vance is probably looking to recuperate the lost resources from the failed backing of the UEG President.

"Oh, wow, 'Blazin' Raisin' Vance? That guy was an asshole, but this is straight up war-crimes material. Man, possible trials under Geneva AND Nuremberg! This is proving most fortuitous."
Sarashito says, "What was he doing?"
OOG: New Jersey.

"No, no, no. The Neo-Avatar ritual happened before the end of the Dark Tournament. It was a failed one... well, except for thirteen of our friends. Your choice re: the vehicle, we all can provide one."
Sarashito smiles a very little. "I'm squeamish..."

"well then were taking mine, (to Sarashito) your gonna hate any combat we come across (to Quion) it also says he is most likely looking to gain some resources, weather or not he has those resources depends on how fresh this information is" (by this time I'm assuming we've gotten to the lobby at least)

OOG: You're right outside the car.
Quion shrugs. "The way Sarashito fights, she should be fine." Sarashito says, "It'll take some time to recover from what he did. I imagine the first order of business will be to buy weapons, and more importantly, weapons like what they'd use. So we need to find someone who can move a lot of old souped-up old US weapons. That'll reduce it a lot." There is a change in her demeanor when she talks about military affairs. Vince knows the feeling.

out comes the cell phone and primary speed dail "Ogee, some friends of mine need a few souped up old U.S. weapons, know anyone who might be able to help with the request" (I ain't telling them Ogee lives in a bag of holding sewn into my jacket.) and this next comment is to them "hop in" and hack gets into the drivers seat

Both of them ask, almost in synergy, "Why are you calling him? He's three feet away from you."
Ogee says, "Yeah, I was wondering about that too. No, I don't know anyone like that - you haven't been letting me keep my contacts fresh, bunko."

Sarashito begins feeling the inside. "Antimatter reaction intake system, huh? Classic on combining a V-8 with a scramjet structure. But this baby wants something more..." Around the car, a greenish aura forms, and the car elongates, the engine block doubling in size. Quion says, "We don't have the top guys, so we have to start from the bottom-up. Money launderers? Underground shippers? The couriers? Another info broker?"

"Maybe I need to say it louder, capitan: I DON'T KNOW JACK." Sarashito smiles. "Rev it up. Remember: The faster you complete each task, the more time you have in life. Quality is in the eye of the beholder: all you need is speed!" Quion says, "Straight Cougar."
