Perhaps a primordial jungle?

Post by Vincent Hack on Aug 31, 2006 13:54:17 GMT -5
that could work too

Anduris goes first. He begins in a low trench, filled with roots from nearby palms and fronds from fern-like plants.

alright he'll assume hybrid form

Anduris steps into his arctic wolf hybrid. The repressive heat of the jungle is not his optimal terrain, and he still does not smell his foe. He obviously has more turn as do his DIO elements (so far apparently just the RSN and Tzemke).

oog: and a butt load of wolves of varying sizes and colorations, from a standard wovesf, dire wolves, legendary wolves (actual D&D creature) andurs is going to begin heading north

Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Sept 1, 2006 23:51:40 GMT -5
OOG: A'ight.
To the north is a great mountain top. What speed is Anduris moving at? Is he trying to be stealthy? Etc.
Post by Vincent Hack on Sept 2, 2006 15:25:40 GMT -5
yes stealthy, but knowing wolves, he still is moving at decent speed
Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Sept 3, 2006 21:03:53 GMT -5
I.e. something like 20% of light speed. Anduris' wolves quickly warn him of an upcoming trap, but he does not respond in time. He steps onto a vine and a massive ironwood column comes at him! He can try to dodge.

Post by Vincent Hack on Sept 4, 2006 11:57:13 GMT -5
he will attemt to dodge and telekenetically deflect the thing at the same time
Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Sept 4, 2006 13:24:27 GMT -5
Dodge how? Duck under it? Leap backwards? Leap forward? Jump straight up? How much are you gonna put into dodging and into telekinesis?
Post by Vincent Hack on Sept 4, 2006 15:13:19 GMT -5
leap to the side, and move it to the other, fifty fifty split for effort, oo passive legenday concept for anduris
Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Sept 5, 2006 15:09:45 GMT -5
OOG: Passive Legendaries are pretty well free, why not make it passive Forbidden?
It's coming at you from the side.
Post by Vincent Hack on Sept 11, 2006 19:03:21 GMT -5
oh fine then leap onto it and don't bother with the telekenisis
Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Sept 11, 2006 19:20:48 GMT -5
How good is he at leaping straight up?
Post by Vincent Hack on Sept 12, 2006 18:47:19 GMT -5
damn decent, he's got like a seven hundread percent in athletics don't he
Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Sept 12, 2006 18:59:20 GMT -5
Right, but he's in an all fours form and an athletics at 700 percent may not be good enough given the opposing Trapmaking skill.

Post by Vincent Hack on Sept 27, 2006 23:32:42 GMT -5
granted, she may be primitive but not stupid, hmm, telekenetic boost to the jump then

Anduris amazingly leaps past the fast moving log, clearing it by a substantial margin. The log opens up and upon opening explodes with a curtain of flame that strikes Anduris' wolves, RSN, and Tzemke. This sends the log flying at high speeds into Anduris, who is clocked by it. Luckily, Anduris and the RSN have more turn, but not the wolves or Tzemke. (We probably should determine now finally if he does have any more DIO elements; it is a great advantage afforded by trainers and to non-attribute whores).
