How large we talking? Five miles total, maybe? And will the walls be very hard to destroy so as to facilitate guerilla tactics?

Hack goes first. He begins on the factory shop floor. Two assembly lines are near him, a crane is behind him, and a number of vehicles are in the area.

Yes, controlling the machines can be nice. Which ones will he turn on first? And other DIO elements? For reference, your DIO elements are:
Hack Spirit of Pain Ogee Red Shadow Ninja Shi Divine Aura Tzemke Hive

Suddenly, incredibly fast-moving lightning zaps into and from the machines. There is now a battle for control of them, and those near trying to manipulate the machines are shocked horribly. There is also a sinkhole created around Hack that he falls into and harms his leg (what would be a sprained ankle were he not insane) that drastically restricts his motion. He feels a sharp pain [FN: JR Impl]. He is then grabbed by a spinning force and dragged along the ground, the near-indestructible nature of the terrain making this even more painful, being used as a human drill by the ankles. The shocking effect is even worse now, and there is also a horn-like thing dragging around him, cutting him; his legs are pelted by energy blasts; his chakra highway is being crushed; his body is slowly suffering from a disruptive paralysis. Luckily, he is resisting the effects.
Suddenly, the great golden Skairbcee, the massive lycanthropic scarab, stands in front of Hack smiling horribly. It quickly boosts, flying around at incredible speeds with simply unstoppable grace. [FN: Jts].
Coming from behind, heading towards Shi, a Kamehameha is snaking. Shi can dodge.
Bees swarm and attack everyone, absorbing chakra and delivering poison. The group successfully saves and can attempt to respond.
Stemming from the hole, a red sea of flame erupts. The team can also attempt to dodge this.
[FN: Nrk Bar.]
Opposing Tzemke grab control of the crane and pull Hack up with it. Hack feels himself being torn apart. Amazingly, he still holds on and indeed gets a counter-attack.

Fireballs from whom, and how is that defensive? And how are you dodging: Slight sidestep, full blown jump, duck...?
