The two had begun to fight in Orgrimmar. Clawthorn could not find his opponent, so he prepared himself for a coming onslaught.
First, Clawthorn feels a curse upon him, as if the Eye of God were staring down upon his form with anger and distaste. He feels his soul harmed as well as a general weakness settle over his form.
A great darkness settles over Orgrimmar, blacking out the sky. Noxious dust is suddenly ignited, creating plumes of flame that are only visible until right before they strike! The dust is further turned into a lightning storm. Though these are natural effects, ostensibly, Clawthorn feels that his ability to manipulate them will be limited.
This life-threatening environment is further enhanced by a spread of pyroclastic gas; consuming locusts; consuming frogs; a horrible radioactive pestilence; and flesh-assaulting chemicals.
Clawthorn vaguely hears a powerful sound of legs leaping into the air with titanic strength. From above comes a great frog-like creature that seems vaguely mechanical! Clawthorn rolls a 100 and thus can easily deal with this threat. Simultanously, a massive fly-winged Golem flies directly at Clawthorn, which Clawthorn can also easily deal with, both seeming to move like molasses to him. Clawthorn's passive defenses (the Zabuza mist and Cecil thorns, among others) alone can repel the attacks.
Clawthorn feels a horrible presence in the water, corrupting his roots... yet he resists, and is actually able to passively absorb this force and bring it to him to harm (or do whatever Clawthorn pleases)! He similarly repels an attempt to sap his constitutive energy. However, a shadowy ballista breaks through his defenses and directly strikes him, knocking him over. The ballista in fact turns out to be two, and the second ballista is, in a classic manuever, his foes' Red Shadow Ninja in disguise, who does a point-blank Chidori! Amazingly, the energy harmlessly splashes over Clawthorn, so the next attack is a special technique of the Red Shadow Ninja's, an extension of the arm with chakra to form a sickle-like blade that is then whirled into the foe. This special technique is much more successful, harming Clawthorn. A Rasengan is finally slammed into Clawthorn, but his barrier repels this as well.
However, all these attacks seem to have been a ruse, as now from below Clawthorn feels something latch onto him! Like a tick, it burrows in.
A force moves silently through the darkness, striking at Clawthorn and his minions. The icy hand of death settles... but for now, it seems to only damage their souls. The thing then passes back and a ominous sapping energy settles over the area.
Clawthorn oddly enough hears the sound of building...
