Trying to relax as much as possible, Fracas concentrates on aligning his internal ki in such a way as to increase the effect the shocks are having on him. Though painful, Fracas has never been one to shy away from pain, especially if he thinks something beneficial will come from it.

Fracas actually doesn't do that. All he does do is avoid going into shock or passing out. Kumo comes back with a Firecracker popsicle. "By my count, you need another minute."

No, he doesn't. That'd be a good idea for one of his new trainers, though. Xeno does teach some archery (part of his Weapon God powers).

Yep, here it is: Chi Relaxation + Chi Healing + Body Chi/Kokyu (boost attributes) + Heal the Mind + Quicksilver Warmth to try and keep alive.

Expending that much energy at once could be counter-productive.

Fracas fails to relax his muscles, in fact almost making the problem worse by pumping life back into them so they shake more, but he does heal himself. Luckily, by conserving his energy, he survives the next minute. It seems to go on for another fifteen seconds. Then it turns off. "Might as well top it off." Fracas' muscles are sizzling.
