So do I have enough class points to get all these classes? And if I do, I want them all.

So, anything else? How are you specializing your lightsaber? What color will it be? What will you name it? And so on.
Trainers?

I might want to go with a double bladed lightsaber, hmm, one blade red the other blue to reflect his heaven/hell nature. As for specialization, I don't know, I just figured that lightsabers were badass enough on their own. Also I don't think lightsabers are named. As for trainers, I'm not entirely too sure what all is available, perhaps you could point me in the right direction?

Lightsabers are named if you want to get bankai and the full power of the saber.
The SW canon has extensive lightsaber skills and training, fitting since it's based on samurai and knight tradition. Develop a logical style. Shae, for example, uses a fencing-like form to pierce the foe's barrier and power her Gambit explosive skill through it. Since every blow is so devastating, she can afford a heavy defense power.
There's a 1200+ character trainer list, Possible Trainers, under Rules.

So, my lightsaber will be named "Ricardo" because he is a hot latin lover. And that shall be his bankai form too, a hot laitn lover. Actually I'm not sure I'll think of one later. I guess some Darth Maul, Obi-Wan, Yoda and Mace Windu training would work well, and some Palpatine training too, so he can shoot force lightening...not that he couldn't already.

That's a LOT of training slots to expend to boost your already unique and powerful Jedi skills. You'll want to get some ki, some psi, some tech, strengthen some of your existing skills and diversify. Darth Maul would be a good idea, maybe Qui Gon.

Dude. Killer idea. I want to mix my dark side powers with necromancy to make undead dark jedi. Oh imagine the terror. Or maybe create Jedi Lich's and other cool stuff. WHoa! I could have undead jedi on nightmares as companions to Balestramus' Nightmare armed with lightsaber spears. That's a good idea. But I really need to spend more time developing Baelstramus' abilities instead of his minions. But I guess I'll narrow my training down to Darth Maul.

Indeed. Come up with those, then work on Forbiddens and Forbidden 2s in other categories from other Classes, as well as trainers. At the moment, you have one that provides Magic, environmental affinity, water magic and trident skill; Psi, Tech, Force control, lightsaber skill and aggressive combat. Looks like some Ki and weaponless martial arts would be in order.

Is FNK available as a weaponless martial art for me? Because if so I want to use force powers to enhance it so that it like hits 'em then force pushes them. Or better yet force pull them into the FNK.

Of course you can get FnK, it's pretty popular nowadays. But there are many other arts that enhance punching: Regular Boxing, Mien Ch'uan Cotton Fist, Kyokushinkai (particularly through the mechanism of Tamashiwara), and I realized that there are analogs of Kyokushinkai that break the Magic, Psi and Tech holdiing together an object. You passively get Tamashiwara, which undoubtedly means that you can use your Technique Giant training to design a skill where you break the Force in an object and thus shatter it, and in the case of enemies reduce their P. Ability and/or remaining Affinity Points. But sure, you can get FnK.

Mien Ch'uan Cotton Fist, like Aikido, Yu-Sool and Taido, focuses on internal and deflecting movements and Chi, but unlike those forms has no sense of fair play whatsoever. The skill masters Sticky Hands, which involves keeping your hands constantly on them. It also gets Dragonskin (ability that raises MDC), Trial Strike (gather information on a target), Dragon Whack, Demon Combination Punch, Internal Strike, Hammer Fist, Shatter Jab, Spirit Blow, superior critical to supernatural beings, Body Hardening.
Kyokushinkai is a hard form karate that uses Tamashiwara,

After last night's revelry and duel, Archeus got a Necromantic Bladder for dark pseudo-Kirby moves. I also recommend that he get a skill inspired by the Air-to-Fire-to-Air ability, but instead create a water rush that automatically creates a barrier around a target (making big sculptures of creepy gooey gelatinous mass) or a Force Lightning effect, or both!
I should also admit in the interests of full disclosure that you and Archeus might have both found ways out. Black holes are intense, but not impossible to escape, especially given two Tier 4 fighters. However, a) I was a little... say, "intoxicated", but more importantly, b) both of you had been whittled down by poison, shocking each other massively, and some brusing melee combat, not to mention the huge explosion you two made, and c) the black hole wasn't just a normal one, but an Infinite quasar. (Note: That may have been the fastest duel in terms of turns taken I've ever seen.)
Also: GM Fuckups are due you. I forgot the Ankaqoq. If you want a fifth dude, rock on.
And I should mention the absorption list so far is:
Frank Brown Absorption Rayzen Absorption Gluttony Absorption Envy Absorption Mounts' Absorption Handyman's Absorption Bombardi II's Absorption
You get to pick as a biological manifestation: Large portions of memories, magic, etc. stored in floating essence spheres (from Handyman, a Neuro-Troll trait), regeneration, incredible strength; natural affinity with the Astral Plane, crystalline structure, light fire breath and other crystalline-based powers; supersoldier characteristics (Bombardi; Supersoldier is a Trait, so it's better than it sounds); and manifestations from your mounts. In addition, there's a smattering of cellular memory Forbidden 2s.
Last night's duel showed that you have a character with pretty well-defined strengths... some of which you forget. For the record: Every Jedi move you've ever seen, you can do, and that scarcely exhausts your abilities. You also forgot your draconic lich powers, didn't engage in lightsaber dueling, barely used your particular trident style, and didn't even spellbomb it. Granted, it was a speedy duel with some good strategy (your response to his Shock was genius; speaking of, that'd be a sweet thing to learn). And since it's a duel, no harm done, universe still around. Just pointing out so next time (or in the midst of the current duel) the fighting is better.

I totally used my lich powers to use light stealing lightning in the lake, fooool! I guess I was reluctant to engage in melee combat after my fight with Jinn, 'cause you know, he's a madman.
I'm also a little confused. Do I get all the biological manifestations that you mentioned, or do I pick one, or two? Or three?
When you say "fifth dude" do you mean fifth character? 'Cause I only have three.
Alright, so I'd say Baelstramus is pretty much done, just need to flesh out his undead Jedi guard, the cannon slots on his elephant, work on more abilities for his Nightmare and we actually have only decided on the accompanying minions with the Thunderbird. Since it's dead as shit here at work I'll sit around and come up with a cool image for what the Thunderbird looks like, then I'll have a better idea of what it'll do.

One biological manifestation.
Yeah, I meant fourth.
Will you go for a barrier + Lich lightning or a barrier + water effect?
You should get the martial arts from Kung Fu Hustle for Shan Xi and/or Baelstramus.
Baelstramus is not close to done. There's Merits, Abilities, probably some more Classes, some Salamando Forbiddens, Alchemical concoctions, Technique Giant abilities to create, Skills, any symbiotic or bio-wizard stuff you want to buy or work on, his treasure trove to complete and other equipment (such as Old Guard equipment) to make or buy, and Forbidden 2s for god's sakes.

I want a lich lightning barrier. And I think Shan Xi should get the Toad style and Buddhist Palm, plus the styles of the masters from Pig Stye alley.
And if Baelstramus isn't close to being done then let's take it the next step, which is?

They were Hexagon Staff, Hung Family Iron Wire Kung Fu (the rings), 12 Kicks of the Tam School. (The Toad Style is "Kunlun" in Chinese.)
The Land Lady used Lion's Roar, Landlord Tai Chi, and the Harpists Deadly Melody. Get those too?
Any number of other fun classes could be done using those kinds of things. You could make a martial art based off of a painter's line of duty, or a construction worker.
You have a number of Classes, now figure out appropriate Abilities, Merits and Skills from them. I'd say you have 20,000% of skill, obviously with limits based on Classes. (The scale is: 0-150% Normal, 151-300% Legendary, 301-450% Forbidden, 451-600% Forbidden 2. At the moment, 600% is the max in any skill.) Under Rules, I made a new Skills post.
Oh, and you luckily got that other ability, the big water trapping blast.

Where would I draw information on those three things from?

Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Jan 10, 2006 22:01:46 GMT -5
Well, they're made up arts, though they're homages to various real-life martial arts as well as the general pretenses and clichés of wuxia more generally. The Hung Family art is powerful punches typically combined with various objects, such as the rings around the arms. In your case, those are probably vibro-stun rings of various sorts. The Toad Style emphasizes low-to-the-ground fighting, largely grappling at first, interspersed with powerful leaps and tackles. It is the fast man's grappling art. The 12 Kicks of the Tam School seems to emphasize legs built to incredible levels, often by hard work (such as being a coolie). It seems to be a fusion of Muay Thai and the style of that dude from Master of the Flying Guillotine who they burn in the house. (By the way: The Flying Guillotine and the various classes in that movie would ALSO be awesome for Shan Xi).
That Skill went to 24,000% at least post-Dark Tournament, you have a wish, 20 new Rank Boosts, 40 new Class Points, 2 new discretionary trainers, 2 mandatory trainers (I'll post where you need to go for those when I go home - right now I'm waiting for a Statistics discussion section), obviously your Dark-Light choice (which is between Water of Life and Tides of Death), etc.
Baelstramus also needs to work out what he's going to develop post-beating Clawthorn... or did we do that?
