OOG: Could you describe how you're pinning the guy exactly? I'm a bit confused. I'll add some details to my post afterwards.
IG: Ryuji takes supreme advantage of his opponents weakened state getting into position and pinning his opponent. It is a bit difficult but he manages to wrestle the blade from his opponents grip.
Much to the surprise of his companion and the joy of Ryuji's fellow classmate.

From atop his opponents back Ryuji finds knocking out his opponent a simple matter. With a swift motion he is defeated.
"Awesome! way to go Ryuji!" Nawagisa calls from the sidelines both relieved and excited.
"Huh! The young pup has some moves" the brown haired guy comments taking a simple straight sword from behind his back. Around the handle is a purple and yellow weave that compliments the black/gray metal. Guard solid with an ornate phoenix carved into it.
"Not all blades have one edge, though mine does, and you're about to learn how dangerous it is taking on any number of the sword hunters!" he boasts while placing one foot forward, the other back, and holding his sword with a single hand out in front of him.

"Wood or steel it matters not. I'll cut you in half!" your opponent declares.
As soon as Ryuji takes up the blade his opponent attacks! He rushes forward drawing his sword arm back slightly and then executing a horizontal slash aimed at Ryuji's right side.

Ryuji's block effectively stops his opponents attack and allows him to get a punch in on his opponent. His opponent exhaling with a harsh breath and spinning in place while ducking into his next attack : a horizontal slash aimed at Ryuji's knees!
"Lucky strike!" he taunts.

Ryuji leaps over the arcing blade avoiding the attack. Unfortunately the blade passes by too quickly to stamp down on it or the attackers hand. However since his reaction was successful he may attempt another kind of attack.

Ryuji kicks out at his opponents face. Still coming up from the attempted leg slash he is unable to guard himself and catches a foot to the face!
Though he grimaces with pain he is clearly not finished as he attempts another slash, this one aimed for your left shoulder/chest area.

OOG: You should. I don't remember you telling me you put it down. Also Merry Christmas man.
IG: Ryuji deftly side-steps the slash and scores a savage hit to his opponents hand with his bokken! While this does not cause his opponent to drop his weapon Ryuji knows he has struck a devastating blow to his opponents hand partially breaking it.
"Augh! You rotten little kid!" the guy shouts as he spins clockwise away from Ryuji and picks up his right leg aiming for a turning back kick aimed for his head.

With impressive speed Ryuji ducks down and grabs onto his opponents ankle, advising him to submit.
Though he doesn't like it, his deep scowl is evidence enough of this, he ultimately decides to give up. Upon being released he sheaths his sword and holds it out to Ryuji to take.
"Know that if we do not return to take back our blades our superiors will, and they will not be so easily defeated" your opponent comments.

Ryuji's casting aside of his enemies weapon sends both of the swordsmen into a hate-fueled shock mixed with a healthy dose of shame. One of them begins to call out but is interrupted as Nawagisa rushes to catch up to you.
"Thank you so much! I really mean it! I may not be skilled with a sword but like I mentioned earlier my father is an expert on the craft of swords and has a vast collection. If you ever need any sword info you can call on me!" he smiles and then bows deeply.
