"I'm Mau Tsukichi and I'm investigating rumors of yakuza and possible black dawn remnants attacking the current criminal underground with the intention of defeating both to bring them to justice."

"Tsukichi? That name sounds familiar. I have heard of a couple of first years that are temporary assistants with the Double Dragons for purposes of aiding them against the Black Dawn. You being one of them would explain how you have weapons on you" he says.
"I'll do what I can to wrap up here. If anything more comes of this incident I'll send information through the administration office" the guy concludes. Upon doing so several other student guardsmen enter the room, having heard a commotion from in here, and begin helping him tie up the loose ends.
"That was interesting" Tsuji comments "what do we do now?"

"this game show took a turn i didn't expect so it's time to phone a friend... I'm gonna see if i can get a hold of Kurenai" says mau pulling out his phone to call her.

Mau whips out his phone only to remember that he doesn't actually have Kurenai's number.
However before Mau has a chance to despair he sees that Kurenai has recently attempted to contact him! While she left no message her name and number shows up in the "missed call" column. The time of the call was quite recent and as such she picks up quickly when Mau gives her a call.
"Hello" comes Kurenai's low smooth voice through the phone.

"Heh heh. sorry about missing your call. I was dealing with some punks. i don't suppose you were calling with information about black dawn remnants and yakuza taking down the criminal under ground?" chuckles Mau "or was it something...else?"

"I had forgotten whose number this was and decided to find out before erasing it" Kurenai explains blankly. "Was there anything else you wished to convey to me other than returning my call?"

"so no information? huh. well if you wanted to know I'm Tsukichi Mau...the one who going to be the GOD OF WIND!" says Mau, his voice reaching a crescendo at "god of wind" before hanging up.

"So...was the information gathering a no go?" Mau's companion asks with a puzzled look on his face.
OOG: You do know she doesn't know what you were calling for right?

REWIND!
""I had forgotten whose number this was and decided to find out before erasing it" Kurenai explains blankly.
"I looked into what you asked me about and found a single rumor. Students talk about a mass unloading of school controband happening soon in something called 'the delinquent underground'" she explains.

'Allright. looks like we got a delivery of contraband to the delinquent underground. let's go!" says mau.

"Right" the guy nods.
Knowing the way already it isn't long before Mau finds himself walking up to the double doors that mark the beginning of Delinquent Underground. Out in front stand two big burly guys, one with scars on his face and another with a greasy black hairdo.
It seems that the security outside is a little more stiff than usual. A big tipoff that Kurenai's information was correct.

"Heh! look who obviously doesn't belong here" the greasy guy huffs.
"If yer lookin' to get in on one of the biggest days down here since Yuu's gang went belly-up that attitude won't do at all. Maybe try asking please and drop the tough-guy act" the one with the scarred face adds on right after.

"tough guy act? I believe you are mistaken, I'm just better than you. and my pride refuses to let humble myself to some such as yourself. you will let me pass by you, the only variable is how much pain you will suffer first." says Mau sincerely and calmly.

"Oh yeah? Let's see how humble you feel after I-" the guy with the scars begins to move on Mau but is grabbed by the shoulder by his companion.
"Hey! Last thing we need is a fight bringing student guard down here. Let him get his ass killed inside if it really has to happen" greasy hair says ushering his scarred comrade to chill out and step aside.
"You heard 'em. Between gangs, Yakuza and everyone else that attitude'll be your funeral pal" the first guy snarls as they both step aside and allow Mau passage.

"have a nice day..." says mau walking by confidently. Mau upon his entrance immediatley takes careful stock of his surroundings and moves with caution ,maintaining a confident appearence.
OOG: why have you not sent me what i got on saturday?

"That was..easy?" Mau's companion comments as the two of you walk forward. However unlike the last time he was down here Mau notices a distinctly different feel in the air, as well as the fact that at each classroom door along the hallway he is now in stands a student in standard Yakuza suit attire. Other delinquents waiting turns to enter guarded rooms labeled with whatever is being sold inside. "So..what do we do now?" Tsuji asks. OOC: Because I am a retard who totally forgot to send your and Sid's stuff. Please forgive me.

"well first of all we DON"T SPLIT UP." says mau "that never works out. ever. let's go to the first room on the left."

The first door on the left has eight other unscrupulous Onagi students standing in front of it waiting their turn. This classroom door guarded by another tough looking third year. Seeing Mau and Tsuji approach the door he motions towards the tag right next to him.
Uniform Lining Tapestries - unique uniform linings not allowed by school dress code - Pricing starts at 1200 yen.
"It'll be five minutes before we let the next batch of bidders in" the doorman says.

"I'm somewhat new here, what exactly do these do?" says Mau, feigning an air of innocence.
OOG: Hidden intent bonuses here yes? what does 1.2K¥ translate to in $s?

"Do?" the guy asks with an air of annoyance. "Whaddaya think they do?! They're decoration! What's more they're a man's tool to attract the ladies! you see here?" he asks opening his uniform jacket to reveal crashing blue waves against a pale background, his uniform lining being that of a famous painting.
"If you fight you take your jacket off. If you take your jacket off people see it. If people see it they know you got class. If they know you got class they want you. Simple as that!" the guy declares loudly and proudly.
OOG: That only counts for combat. I just mentally note that ninja are taught deception outside combat as well. As for the money it translates to $15.00 according to the converter I use.

"Weeell" the guy says taking a look at his watch and then making a turn for the door "you can just find out for yourself" he responds.
Enough time having passed he opens the door revealing a classroom empty of all but several rows of chairs and a stage set up at its front. As the doorman motions to enter several people who have lined up already begin to enter.

Keeping his wits about him Mau walks into the room along with the other delinquents that have gathered for this particular sale. Most of them fairly standard looking as far as delinquents go.
As people take their seats a third year in a red suit and tan slacks comes up to the display and begins his pitch on the first three linings. Hung up for everyone to see are three illustrations, one of vibrant blue crashing waves, another of a blood soaked samurai standing in the middle of a battlefield and the last of a geisha undressing from behind.
On signal from the red suited host the bidding begins with a warning that these are the first of the last linings sewn by Omishi Oujii, recently fallen member of the school's Yakuza populace.
