You slow down to move more quietly. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to operate off of sound or sight as much as smell. A large bear is... bearing down on you. Melfina can tell this is not an ordinary bear, which would explain why it's attacking its kin.

damn ok have melfina get ready for some bear on bear combat! Parish will get out chip and dale, with kaylie will get ready to give out some heals and damage!

ok I will have her jump over the snow bank and if I can attack its face, have her jump off the bear so she can get more air. keeping her daggers in there sheaths untill she is right on top of it

Pharesh leaps into the air. She is superhumanly athletic, but the snow is very fine at places and when she moves to kick up she actually gets stuck. She retains some action due to her roguish nature. What will she do now?

how far away is the bear from pharesh? If it a long distance than I will have her start running to the bear. If the bear is close than I will get in a defensive position and get ready for the bear to attack

Still about as far as before: Maybe eight feet. Remember that she's stuck in the snow and thus has problems with both actions.
