OOG: You don't know. There are an infinite array of ways to deal with such a tactic.

Hack's mastery of his biological flame leads him to completely transform, and with a strange new level of power that even he is surprised by. The metal weakens enough that he shatters it with its newfound brittleness. Whistler fights with it, making it cold to harm Hack, but that is only a time-saving move. Hack moves into the tool shed, but immediately swinging behind him is a weight-lifting metal rod swinging to his head.

hack catches it with his left hand, melting it with his new biological flames, he then extinguishes himself long eunough to grab a few circular saw blades and throws them at whistler

Amazingly, Hack does that, injuring his hand but in turn damaging Whistler with a pulse of heat. As he extinguishes himself and turns around, Whistler rips the door off and presses it into Hack's back to stop him from throwing something.

the door is wood if i'm correct, and the door is ablaze

No, it's corrugated metal, and no, it's not. Remember: Even if Whistler wasn't super-chilling it, you turned off your heat.

situations change, door hits my back, fire starts up again, that seems to be the only thing working for me here, so lets find a nice lawnmower to toss around whilst super heated, and were gonna Ki imbue this one with shockwave

This time, it doesn't work. Not only is Hack pushed up against the shed wall, but the interaction between cold and heat makes a constant explosive force on Hack, rising up steam and gas, and shocking him painfully.

oww okay that doddn't work, lets try a little rage, i'll unleash rage, along with terrifying rage, and a death merge

Hadn't you already done that?

trying, we're gonna try again until it works dammit

Rages have durations, typically. You might pump in more Tech or Stamina Points, but I don't know to what degree your rage is scale-variant.

alright then, cancel that rage and death merge, but if i'm correct on it's usage maybe a body jack will work

The cybernetic bodyjack? That's the item that lets you plug your body into electrical or information pipelines.

Remember: You're pinned by the small of your back, arms at the forearm, by a cold shed door.

again control body, bend my arm unnaturally around to attack

The main thing is the lack of reach and range. You can try horrible stretching, but that might be just as problematic.

yeah, wounder if he would be decieved by feign death
|
|
|
Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Feb 14, 2006 21:32:28 GMT -5
He might. Whistler is pretty observant and deals with the pseudo-dead; then again, it is a surprising and unorthodox move in this position.

|
Post by Vincent Hack on Feb 14, 2006 21:44:30 GMT -5
alright lets use the feign death, at least it will change his position

Hack becomes limp. Whistler pushes some, then seems to let up on the door.

No.

i used it in the Evil Demension battle, oh well Whistler gets nailed with a Dragon's Fury

I know the attack, I just don't see how it's a tactic.
When Hack moves to take out his weapons, Whistler says, "Fell for that one." He presses back in, but now spits nails into Hack, pins Hack's leg into the wall with an ax with his leg, then hammers in nails with the other, pinning the door too.

alright then were gonna F2 self control into vapor, fly down his throat then turn to fire

|
Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Feb 15, 2006 21:59:58 GMT -5
The attempt at the body control only aggravates the wounds.

ooo alright lets use what he taught me all muscles at once force him off me and out of the hmm.... "grip" of the pins. after words if i still have time to reack, fly up and reign of fire
OOG: the hookshots (shadowharte twins) are strapped to the back of my forearms, and thier controls Arnjacked into me, just so that I don't have to waste time draing them
